WHAT IS FAROS?
FAROS is a no-bullsh*t mentorship platform for entrepreneurs, founders, hospitality leaders, and future GMs.
Built for people navigating the real-world complexity of business, leadership, and personal growth.
It offers structured insight, direct access, and grounded support—from someone who’s actually done the work (and still does, daily).
From branding and change management to setting up a business, leading teams, or wrestling with impostor syndrome and self-sabotage—FAROS covers what actually matters.
It’s not a course. It’s not a hype group.
It’s real mentorship for people who want to grow—without fluff, without theatre.
Why FAROS?
Because I didn’t have the mentor I needed when I was younger.
And while I can say I’ve built a successful life, the truth is the line between failure and success was razor-thin more times than I care to count.
Because I never needed someone to just pat me on the back, but I did need someone who could help me make smarter moves, build stronger businesses, and become the leader I wasn’t—yet.
Now that I’ve become that mentor for myself, I offer it to others—so it doesn’t take you 20 years to get there.
There’s no substitute for experience, but a seasoned advisor genuinely invested in your growth? That’s pretty damn valuable too.
Too many smart, talented, commited and hard working people waste years trying to figure it out alone.
Some fall just short of the finish line—not because they lacked effort, but because they lacked support in those difficult moments.
And no one hands out awards for “almost made it.” The failure label shows up fast, in every language, every culture and every country.
Most mentorship is too soft, too generic, or too far from the trenches.
Sure, love and support matter too—your mum believing in you is sweet—but what you probably need is someone who’ll help you with next week’s presentation to your boss and how to best show your achievments even if you just broke up with your partner this week. Its an example but you get what I mean.
Real mentorship means having someone invested in your success, but neutral and experienced enough to call you on your bullshit when you’re hiding behind your own limits – which trust me, we all do.
That difference? It’s what gets you over the hill—or sends you sliding back down.
FAROS is what I wish I had two decades ago—and what I’ve been trying to give ever since:
Practical, real-world guidance from someone who’s lived the chaos, built the brands, made the hard calls.
A flawed human who’s succeeded, but knows how close the calls were—and doesn’t have time for ego or fluff.
This is for people who want real help, real support, and real push—from someone who actually cares deeply about helping the next generation lead, grow, and win.

Why Now?
After 30 years of professional experience—and almost 50 years trying to figure myself out—I’ve decided to dedicate 50% of my time to mentorship.
Not someday. Now!
While I’m still sharp, still have the fire, still in the arena, building businesses, making decisions, and dealing with the same chaos many others are trying to navigate.
I’ve always said that my three children—Kiara, Alessandro, and Mia—have done more for me than I’ll ever be able to do for them. If you’re a parent, you probably know exactly what I mean.
Nothing has shaped me more than the responsibility of guiding them. Nothing has made me better.
And it reminded me of something important:
Giving to others is one of the greatest forms of growth.
So here I am—still very much a work in progress, but with a lot to offer.
No guru robes, but ready to kick ass every day. Giving real insight, earned the hard way, shared at the right time.
Real mentorship. No fluff. No theatre. No shortcuts
How FAROS can work for you
Real mentorship. No fluff. No theatre. No shortcuts
I’ve been mentoring for years—first informally, then in a more structured (and paid) way, after consistent requests from individuals and investors asking me to guide the founders they’d backed.
FAROS is the professionalization of that journey.
It’s me putting structure, clarity, and serious time into what I’ve already been doing—now at scale, without losing the depth that makes it work.
